1 - Where are your premises?

We do not have a fixed premise for valeting vehicles as we are a mobile car wash/valet company based in Glasgow. Our fleet of vans have their own water and power and can therefore work anywhere, on the road, in a car park, at your gym etc…

2 – How long will a Platinum Valet take for my car?

An average sized car can take between 1.5 hours to 2 hours to be valeted. A people carrier (7 seater) can take around 3.5 to 4 hours.

3 - Why does a car valet take so long

We want to complete every job to 100% customer satisfaction and our high quality standards and this can take time to complete valeting jobs.

4 – My car has just been valeted. How long will it take for the seats and carpets to fully dry after they have been shampooed?

During the winter season it can take up to half a day. In the summer season, drying time can be around 3 to 4 hours.

5 – Do you need access to water or any electrical points when you complete auto valet services?

Our vans have everything on board to carry out a complete Mobile Auto Valet Service.

6 – I would like my car valeted. How do I get to you?

7 – I have tried everything on my alloy wheels but cannot get rid of the brake dust and dirt on my car. Can you help?

Auto Groomer specialty is getting your car’s wheels spotless. The alloy wheel cleaner we use is very effective when combined with our powerful jet wash. This will get rid off all the excess dirt on the alloy wheels of your car, leaving them immaculate.

8 - I was driving my car past roads works and road tar has stuck to my car can you remove this?

Yes, we have the right cleaning products which will remove road tar from your car.

9 – I have been parking my car under a tree and have tree sap all over the exterior of my car. I have taken it through a normal car wash and tried washing the car myself but can’t get rid of the tree sap. Can you help?

Yes, we can get rid of tree sapp. We have a special chemicals that will safely remove the tree sapp from your car’s exterior. we would recommend purchasing the gold groom valeting package from our services list.

10 - How much will it cost to remove tree sapp?

Cost depends on the amount of tree sapp. Prices start from £10.

11 – Can you get rid of dead flier? I have my car through a normal car wash and also tried myself but can’t get rid of them?

Yes we can get rid of dead flies. we have a Ph balanced chemicals to safely remove them.

12 – I have spilt milk/coffee/orange juice in my car a few days ago. I have cleaned most of it up but there is an awful smell. Can you help?

Yes we can get rid of the smell by giving the interior of the car a shampoo and deodorise the car using enzyme products to kill the bacteria and remove the smell. We also offer a 2-3 hour AROMATEK treatment

13 – I have just bought a car and the previous owner was a smoker. Can you get rid of the smell?

We can come and shampoo and deodorise the interior of your car. We also offer an AROMATEK service which is a 2-3 hour treatment that freshens the interior and helps to get rid of the unwanted odour.

14 – Do you wash caravans? How much would this cost?

Yes we can wash caravans. The cost depends on the size of caravan and how dirty it is e.g. level of tree sap and mildew on the caravan. Valeting prices start from £40 to wash a caravan.

Booking a Mobile Auto Valet Service

15 – How much notice is needed to book an auto valet service?

From 1 hour to 1 day. It really depends on how busy we are. We would advise you to book well in advance if you would like a car valet done at the weekend.

16 – Can you clean my car while I am at work?

Yes, as we are a Mobile Auto Valet Service we can come to your place of work to valet your car.

17 – Do you work weekends?

Yes, we provide a Mobile Auto Valeting Service in Glasgow 7 days a week.

18 – Your pricelist says ‘Price from’ e.g. Gold Groom from £20, Platinum Groom from £40. Why is this?
